ℹ️ Finding the service ID
- To identify the service ID once you have the customers information you can go to backend and search for the account in our supersearch
- Once you have identified the correct account, login to the my interface using the quick login action
- Go to Billing → Services and look for the 131xxx or 311xxx entries
